The columns in GST Input tax register are as follows :
- Name of Input, HSN code, Month
- Date, and
- Description of Inputs received, and
- Quantity received, and
- Particulars of Invoice / AR-1/Other approved document/Bill of entry/No. and Date, and
- Name and Address of the manufacturer/Importer/ Stock Yard from whom the Inputs received, and
- Issued for use in relation to the manufacture of final product – chit no. and date, quantity, and
- Issued for clearance as such – On payment of duty, Otherwise – Quantity, Document particulars, AR-1, Invoice No. and Date, and
- Balance quantity in stocks, and also
- Remarks

- निकासी के लिए जारी किए गए – जैसे कि शुल्क के भुगतान पर, अन्यथा – मात्रा, दस्तावेज़ विवरण, एआर -1, चालान संख्या और दिनांक, और
